The same activity shouldn’t feel the same every day.

When you're rested and the day is open, DoAble might suggest the longer version of an activity. When sleep was rough and your day is draining — it suggests something you'll actually finish. Same goals, different day.

Your plan, built around your day

Home page shows your sleep, your day load, and what you’ve already committed to. Then it surfaces the next suggestion when you’re ready for it, not before.

Same screen, different moment

When your week still needs context, the home screen helps you fill in the gaps. You see what’s missing, log what you know, and the suggestion updates without you having to think about it.

One suggestion, from your own list

The suggestion comes from your own list — not a generic library. DoAble looks at how your day compares to previous ones and picks whatever has tended to go well in similar moments. As you finish, skip, or stop sessions, the pattern sharpens. If it doesn’t have enough history yet, it makes a sensible guess and learns from there.

Analytics that notice you, not rank you

This is the picture only you see: your trends, session lengths, and which practices actually carried the week. Nothing here is about beating someone else—it’s for noticing patterns without turning life into a scoreboard. What you share with a group for a review lives elsewhere; this screen stays personal.

Your activity library, your way

These are the practices you’ve decided are worth tracking. Each one carries its own tags and intensity — so when DoAble suggests something, it’s picking from context you set. Add more, pause any, or archive them; the list is entirely yours.

Every session, saved

One screen shows a single session in full: what you aimed to do, how long it took, and how you felt afterward. All of this stays private unless you walk deliberately into a group review.
One session in full: what you did, how long, how it felt.

The longer view, when you need it

Scroll back through the week to see the full picture. Every session you logged is there — finished, skipped, or stopped — so you can spot patterns across the days without digging through settings.

Small circles—not a leaderboard

We call them small reflection circles: people you trust, one place for your next group review. You’re not collecting anonymous scores — you’re showing up with context everyone can actually use.

Walk in prepared, not guessing

Before each review, a prep report pulls a factual snapshot of everyone’s sessions and context. Members see it on purpose — so you walk in with something real to talk about. If you’d rather keep things private, your Home screen and analytics are yours alone.
Prep report: shared snapshot so the group can sit down prepared.
Prep before you sit down together

Four inputs. One useful day.

No all-knowing algorithm — just the right questions so suggestions fit your actual capacity. Log what you did — finished, skipped, or stopped — and the next suggestion gets a little smarter.

01

Morning sleep check-in

How rested you feel sets the baseline. Rough night? DoAble can dial intensity back before you even open your plan.

02

Day load, when it helps

A demanding day changes what’s realistic. Log your day load and DoAble skips the “just push through it” advice.

03

Energy right now

Update how you feel as the day shifts — suggestions adjust without resetting everything else you’ve already logged.

04

Finish what you start

We care about done, not endless streaks. A session summary closes the loop for you; a group prep report helps your circle prepare together—they’re different screens for different moments.

A few things we’ll never do.

No streak pressure

Missing a day doesn't erase your progress or break a counter. Consistency matters over months, not consecutive squares.

No guilt mechanics

Skipping a day is a data point, not a verdict. You choose what to do — we help you pick something realistic.

No fake urgency

No countdown tricks. If something matters to you, it'll be there tomorrow too.
